It's 1.11.11..I made Orange Muffin

Hey ya..what a great combination number ay?.Today is also my SIL birthday..so I'm gonna wish her here

Happy Birthday and many happy returns of the day. I managed to bake muffins,ingat dapat jumpa hari ni,tapi tak kesampaian. Tak apa jumpa lain kali..:). sudahnya anak-anak yang habiskan muffin ni..heheh..nanti buat lain la..sorry

So untuk occasion hari ni aku buat Orange Muffin. As usual my muffin doesn't have icing on top because all my kids not like it so much.You can put whatever icing on top of it if you like it. These are the recipe for you to try :

*250gm butter
*200gm brown sugar
*100ml plain yogurt
*300gm self raising flour
* touch of vanilla essence
*4 eggs(size A)
*1 orange sunkist-shred it and use the juice

Method:
1. Pre heated oven 175c
2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy
3. Put the eggs,one by one and followed by the wet ingredients(yogurt, essence and orange juice, not to forget finely grate the orange)
4. Mix it well and last but not least put the flour bit by bit.
5. Lastly put in the mould and baked it for about 15-20 min .
