Came to idea wriiting this topic after my playgroup mate across to this question" how do you raise your boys and girls?" Urmm..interesting, since I've got 4 boys and a girl, would like to now what is the best tips on raising boys and girls.
We all came out with a few idea but share the same opinion. Raising boys and girls diffrently, but equally, is not always easy. These are a few ideas that I manage to collect from our playgroup discussion( worth it tau bayar $1 untuk satu session)
Girls
- Emphasise intelligence, hard work, independence, sensitivity, and preservance in your daughter. We should encourage them in "dressing up" and tell them they are beautiful but de-emphasise the important of apprearance in relation to their value
(I've started it slowly with my daughter about this and she's seems like it)
-Encourage our daughterto achieve. Set high expectations for our daughter as for our sons
(We always told this to our daughter as well to our sons, and she's improving now. Before this is
- Encorage our daughter to read stories about succesful women.(My daughter really like to read about Queen Elizabeth..consider succesful la kan )
To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe

This young lad always make a smile to my face. he looks happy in school, entering to 3 weeks, i can leave him at school alone. He looks so happy at school and already know how to manage himself. Legaaaaa mak ini.
He talks a lot and also makes a lot of drama. Our young lad is 6 yo this year and next year he going to enter primary school. Hopefully he can do well in school and I already fell the emptiness in the house.
Our first-born already grown up..soon she gonna sit for her SPM exam, our second-born lives in the hostel far away from us, third born also will be in secondary school next year. gosh! all my babies are grown up,how time flies so fast...Your smile, which you freely give to so many people, leaves them smiling too.You guys bring laughter to this family every day. You all are so beautiful and perfect, so absolutely amazing.Anyway, regardless if you're all grown up, you will always be my baby.

Frozen karipap
:)
Sejak tinggal di Christchurch dulu lagi, kita dah mula bisnes kecil-kecilan karipap beku;). bila balik malaysia, beberapa tahun selepas tu baru datang ilham nak buat balik.
so uolls kalau nak order karipap frozen untuk kudap-kudap bolehla Pm kita tepi-tepi :)hihihih
Nah belanja gambar karipapa satu!

Marble cake! Marble Cake!
Saya suka kek ni. Ringkas dan tak rumit . Am not consider a good baker, just an amateur. A baker for my only family. I suka nak share this recipe so that mommies yang lain also can try it and serve it to the family.
baking ni bukanla I punya forte' , tapi I suka buat tatkala jiwa I tak begitu tenteram..pendekata bila stress. Bila baking ni, rasa ketenangan dan focus tu mendalam. Dalam cracked the eggs, putarkan doh, dan bau aroma cake tu..arghhh..hmmm..satu kepuasan. So, no mor rmbling, here it is.. one of my favourite recipe. Memang I selalu guna recipe ni and it's usually turns good.
BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
240 g butter
10 g ovallate
4 biji telur gred A
100 g gula halus
240 g tepung naik sendiri (*digaul rata dan diayak)
60 ml susu segar
1 camca teh esen vanilla
20 g serbuk koko
CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
Ketepikan.
2. Putar mentega dan ovallate hingga rata, masukkan gula halus dan putar hingga putih, masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus memutar hingga kembang. Jarak masa untuk sebiji telur ialah 1 minit.
3. Perlahankan speed, masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit berselang seli dengan susu segar hingga habis, masukkan esen vanilla, putar rata.

Classic Butter Cake!
Hai,
Lately I suka makan cake butter. Just simple butter cake. Agak susah nak jumpa resepi yang boleh I betul-betul suka. So kali ni I jumpa resepi ni and really likes it. My kids also loves it. They more prefer this kind of cake compared to other fancy cake. I guess the simplicity of the cake itself makes us fall in love.
So I nak nak share resepi ni dengan y'all ..by the way I memang suka guna butter SCS ni. It more buttery and tastes so yumm.. Other brand I used either Tatura or Anchor.. tapi tu semua brgantung pada taste masing-masing.. Buttercup alone pun okay as long it suits your taste bud.

Review memories..
Gosh! I'm shocked!. I was just reading my old bog entries and realized just how much I'm blogged but didn't publish it!! Tengok, tengok, penunjuk aras betapa lamaanyaaaaaaa blog tak di usik. To discovered rupanya I ada almost 20 drat yang belum publish and it's all about my extra, extra Sunday. All the stories about my kids and our life back before.
Reading my draft postings on each of them chronologically brings me through the best journey of them growing up, and memories of what I had blogged would come back so fresh and vivid to mind- as if they just happened yesterday.
I will keep postings my old draft slowly and I admit that blogging is very rewarding in its own special way. Just love it<3 .="" p="">
And I realized that I should start writing about my Extra Sunday on a regular basis again. So that years down the road, I could recall every single thought that I have of all.
So I start it with my post, wrote it on Wednesday, 21 April 2010. Back in Christchurch. It was our little Bubba Aqeef Ilman.
Talk..Ummi. Talk..
3>

Talk..Ummi. Talk..

So today, I 'm not in the good mood, to ubat my lara hati..I bake. I just bake a simple brownies, very simple and 'campak-campak'. Not so Holloywood Brownies. This what me and my kids call "Brownies , baked from heart".
Kids loves it so much and I would love to share it with uolls.
Ingredients :
100g Self Raising Flour
150g biter-sweet chocolate
120 g butter (I used Anchor)
1tbsp coffee
180g castor sugar( if more sweet add to 200g)
1 tspn vanilla essence
3 large eggs( I used A size)
1/4 cup fresh milk @ creamer
Method
1. Sift the flour
2. Melt the chocolate, butter, sugar, coffee, milk in medium heat. Mix it well
3. Once the chocolate melt, remove from the heat and put in the vanilla essence. Mix well. Cool it for a while
4. When it comes to suam-suam kuku, add the eggs at a time, mix well.
5. Fold in the flour
6. Pour the batter into a square tray pe-pined with baking paper. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180c for about 25-30 minutes.
I'm really looking forward to bake and cook again. Best, best, best!!
